Paris Hilton – with daddy Rick’s money – bought a 50 percent share of a London bar frequented by Prince William, the Daily Mirror reported.

The upcoming Bruce Willis-Halle Berry film, “Perfect Stranger” should give the New York City eatery Sapa a boost.
In a scene from filming a week ago at the French-Asian fusion restaurant, Willis tells Berry: “Order two Hemingway daiquiris. Sapa is one of only two places that makes the perfect cocktail. ”
The New York Post reports the movie’s location manager came in for dinner at Sapa and “fell in love with the place,” manager Lisa Goldberg said.
Emeril Lagasse told the New York Post’s Cindy Adams last week about the progress in his adopted home of New Orleans: “The mayor’s a clunk. The governor is also a clunk. They don’t know their (expletive) from a hole in the ground. All my three restaurants got hit. I’ve reopened Emeril’s (and since also Nola’s), but only a few locals come. There’s no tourists. No visitors. No spenders. No money. No future. No people. It’s lost. It’ll never come back.”
Days after the comments, the famed chef, blasted by the New Orleans Times-Picayune for his lack of presence in the Big Easy last fall, issued a statement that included: “The article is not an accurate representation of the way I feel about New Orleans. I completely support the city. … I have absolutely not lost hope in our city, I just sometimes lose patience, as I feel that things should be moving forward much faster than they are at this time.”
