A discussion of the vulnerability of bugs might not seem like a stirring event – unless you’re an angler trying to solve the essential challenge of attracting trout.
Jonathan Walter, who directs educational activities for the fly-fishing section of the Colorado Mountain Club, will delve into these knotty problems at a 7:30 p.m. session Thursday at CMC headquarters, 710 10th St., Golden.
“I’ll cover the mayflies, caddis, stoneflies and midges – with emphasis on the most vulnerable points in their life cycles,” Walter said of his power-point presentation. For further information, visit www.cmc.org or call 303-779-1419.
