Hang in, Greg, you’ll be “Bonesy” again one day.
KCNC-Channel 4 entertainment reporter Greg Moody has shed 20 pounds in his drive, begun in November, and has gone from 208 (serious!) to 188 pounds. He’s only 5-foot-6.
Isn’t 20 enough? “I lost 20 pounds and thought, ‘This is great!’ Then I saw some video of me interviewing a doctor. I looked like a bag of wet rice. I had fat squirting out of my ears!”
He’s dieting, though it’s not so constrictive that it cuts out beer. “Oh, God, that’s so wrong! I have cut back to every now and then.” His goal: Another 25 pounds to return to his childhood nickname. “I’ve been real careful about my trigger foods, like peanuts and crackers.”
Viewers can watch Moody get healthy through regular reports on the CBS4News at 4:20 p.m. Thursdays.
