Pueblo – Raelynn Snyder and Steph Wilson scored 21 and 18 points respectively in leading Simla to a 49-35 win over Las Animas on Thursday in the first round of the Class 2A girls state tournament at the Colorado State Fair Events Center.
Simla improved to 20-4 overall. Las Animas fell to 21-3.
Las Animas was led by Nikki Howe, who scored 13 points.
