We won’t tell you when, exactly, but clues about the origin of this bore appeared in this section recently. Tell us where the tunnel starts, ends and how it came to be in an e-mail to coloradosunday@denverpost.com, and include a digital photo of yourself. We’ll pick at least one tale to share next week. The best wins a $50 gas card.

How’d you know? | H2O Apartments, Denver

The winner: Karen Winfield, Colorado Springs

The oversized faucet pictured is on the side of the H2O Apartments on Williams Street between 17th and 18th avenues. My husband and I were in Denver at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center at 18th and Williams for his stem-cell harvest for six days in February, and one or both of us walked by the building several times and commented on the faucet and the theme of the apartments. The photo is of my husband, Scott, and me celebrating the end of his current cancer treatments.
