An index of Colorado stocks reached a record weekly close Friday, led by Royal Gold Inc. and TransMontaigne Inc.
The Bloomberg Colorado Index, a price-weighted list of companies based in the state, gained 2.15, or 0.6 percent, last week to 350.82. Sixty stocks rose, 51 fell, and three were unchanged.
The index has grown 24 percent in the past year.
