CMCB Retail Development Co. has been chosen to build a 17-acre retail development serving travelers and employees at Denver International Airport.
The site – located north of Peña Boulevard and southeast of the airport’s large Conoco station – is expected to serve as a model for what could be 500 acres of additional development on airport property.
CMCB Development will lead the project with financial partner Redwood Real Estate Partners LLC. SullivanHayes Brokerage will lease the project.
The project will be called The Landings at DIA, and tenants are expected to include a mix of retail and dining options.
