taxgaga.com People who complain about paying their income tax can be divided into two types: men and women. (Insert laugh track.) Like that one? There’s more where that came from: taxgaga.com. For those of you who have yet to file your taxes, you have one more day to put off doing it. Spend your Sunday and maybe even part of your Monday at this site, which is full of tax jokes, among a bunch of other, more useful tax information. Use the site’s tax calculator, learn how to e-file and, most important, get some humor. Here’s another one: Why do sharks not attack tax auditors? Professional courtesy.

“50 Relatives Worse Than Yours” Everybody’s got one – a family, that is. And in every extended family is one or several of these: the slightly racist grandparent, the holistic New Age aunt, the inappropriate uncle, the Jewish mother (regardless of whether you’re Jewish) and someone who brings a shrimp ring to every holiday gathering. Justin Racz’s book sympathetically profiles of each of these stereotypes, with photographs and mottos. Condescending Shirley, who thinks she’s Joan Rivers, might say this at a party: “She’s definitely on the cocktail: Prozac and chardonnay with a splash of Valium.” Hopefully she’s not in your family. “Global Agenda” on KBDI-Channel 12 Reggie Rivers, former Denver Post columnist, hosts this half-hour PBS program at 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays. Being a current-events talk show, it isn’t going to beat “Law & Order” or “CSI: NY” in the ratings battle, but it’s better for your brain. On this week’s episode, professors from the University of Denver and the University of Colorado at Denver discuss this year’s Israeli and Palestinian elections. The panelists do disagree, but always in a civil manner; the program doesn’t devolve into the sort of angry debate you’d hear on “The O’Reilly Factor” or talk radio. Future episodes will cover the Patriot Act, NAFTA and Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
