A Fort Collins psychologist has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting developmentally disabled clients.

Donald Ellsworth Fish, 66, turned himself in to authorities at the Larimer County Detention Center on Wednesday after a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

Fish is accused of assaulting three women at separate therapy sessions. Two women, both 43, told authorities they were assaulted at sessions in their Loveland homes.

The other, a 31-year-old, said she was assaulted at Foothills Gateway Inc., a Larimer County nonprofit agency that provides services for people with developmental disabilities.

Fish has been charged with three felony counts of sex assault on an at-risk adult client by a psychotherapist.

The accusations were reported to police in February and March. Fish is being held at the detention center on $50,000 bail. The case file has been sealed by a district judge.

Anyone with information is asked to call Fort Collins police Detective Jerrod Kinsman at 970-416-2645 or Loveland police Detective Ray Livingston at 970-962-2217.
