Natural-meat guru: Bill Niman, founder of Niman Ranch Meats, will be at Marczyk Fine Foods, 770 E. 17th Ave., at 5 p.m. Saturday for the store’s fourth anniversary. Niman Ranch supplies meat to Marczyk and Chipotle. Niman, a Minnesotan who moved to Bolinas, Calif., to join a commune, founded the company in 1971.|Denver Post staff
