What I like most about high school sports: The change in practice schedule (from club). I get 10 weeks when I can swim earlier in the day.
What I like least about high school sports: The pool facilities could be more up to par in the city.
Preps
The Denver Post recognizes a female and male student-athlete of the week. At the end of the school year, 10 finalists will be chosen. Ultimately, The Post and The Denver Athletic Club will select one boy and one girl as student-athletes of the year, and a substantial donation will be made to a local charity in their names.
