“Gimme Shelter” Benefit

In memory of their Siberian Husky, Luna, Trinity and Tom Demask from the Americana duo Third Road Home will host a benefit for Table Mountain Animal Center, with singer-songwriters Cara Cantarella and Ed Skibbe. Saturday at the D Note in Arvada. 7519 Grandview Ave., 7 p.m. $10.

Tempa and the Tantrums

These Southern-influenced blues-funk mainstays will play with Mojomama and Jill Watkins Band on Saturday at Toad Tavern, 5302 S. Federal Circle in Littleton. 8 p.m. $3.

Benefit Blues Bash Dance

Thomas Jefferson High School needs help building a new sports field, and to entice you the school is holding a show in its gymnasium with local blues-rockers The Delta Sonics. Tickets include food and door prizes. Proceeds will also benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Saturday at 3950 S. Holly St., 4-9:30 p.m. (music at 7 p.m.) $15 adults, $7 students.
