From casting to fly-tying, the annual fly-fishing extravaganza scheduled for Saturday at Blue Quill Angler, 1532 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen, features an imposing lineup of experts.
Among those who will give demonstrations are: tying gurus John Barr, Rim Chung, Bob Churchill and Rich Pilatzke; casting instructor Mike Bostwick; nymphing strategist Pat Dorsey; representatives from Whiting Farms; and authors John Gierach, A.K. Best and Dorsey. Manufacturers’ reps Van Rollo, Erik Johnson and Michael White will spread the latest products from Sage, Ross, fishpond, Rio, Action Optics and Sims.
The event runs 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and includes food, drawings and sessions on the new Sage casting analyzer. For information, call 303-674-4700.
