Here’s one home that isn’t so happy anymore: Paul McCartney and his second wife,

Heather Mills McCartney, said Wednesday they are separating after nearly four years of marriage, citing pressures from the media and insisting their split is amicable. “Having tried exceptionally hard to make our relationship work given the daily pressures surrounding us, it is with sadness that we have decided to go our separate ways,” said a statement from the couple, according to The Associated Press.

McCartney, 63, and Mills, 38, married in June 2002, four years after his former wife,

Linda McCartney, died of breast cancer. McCartney and Mills had a daughter, Beatrice, in October 2003.

Self-proclaimed psychic Uri Geller and two partners have bought the Tennessee house Elvis Presley lived in before moving to Graceland, with a winning bid of $905,100 on eBay, Reuters reports. “We are unbelievably pleased. This is a piece of history,” Geller said by phone from England. “We intend to restore it to its old glory. …” Presley bought the four-bedroom house at 1034 Audubon Drive in Memphis in 1956 with a down payment of $500. He lived there for 13 months.

Pamela Anderson may be giving up the beach life. Anderson bought her Malibu, Calif., beach home in 2001 for $1.8 million. She recently put the house on the market, seeking $6.5 million, according to skynews.com’s Sandro Monetti. That’s a tidy profit for a woman who made her money in a lifeguard’s red bathing suit on “Baywatch.”

Stone Phillips is having trouble unloading his Central Park West apartment, the New York Post reports. The “Dateline NBC” host dropped the price by more than $1 million since he first listed it last fall. The three-level, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath residence features 10-foot ceilings, views from Central Park to the Hudson River, a terrace, flat-screen TVs everywhere (including the master bathroom) and a custom office.

Sarah Jessica Parker and hubby Matthew Broderick own a 19th-century farmhouse in Bridgehampton, N.Y., on Long Island. Parker’s interior decorator, Eric Hughes, calls the home “the house that Carrie built,” according to the New York Post. The home is featured in an eight-page photo spread titled “Sex and the Country” in Elle Decoration magazine.
