THE SOUTHEAST BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Will honor Re/Max International co- founder Dave Liniger with the 2006 Jack Vickers Award for a lifetime of service to the southeast metro business community on Friday. University of Colorado president Hank Brown and CH2M Hill president and chief executive Ralph Peterson will receive the 2006 Eagle Award at the annual event for their significant contributions to economic development. Other honorees include: Larry Warner, formerly with CDOT, for his outstanding contribution to economic development by leading the T-REX project; and Bill Ryan and Trammell Crow for the Hampden Town Center Project. The SEBP Legislator of the Year Award will go to House Minority Leader Mike May, R-Parker, for his support of economic development in the south metro area; and Chetter Latcham and Peter Culshaw of Shea Homes and Shea Properties will receive the 2006 Deal of the Year award for the purchase of two parcels in the Denver Tech Center and the Meridian International Business Center.
