Q: Dearest Scott – I have some info on the question about the sexual harassment issue.

By law, the accused is allowed to know who their accuser is and what was said that was found offensive. This guy should definitely go to HR and say something about this, especially since it was only an informal complaint. There should have been no repercussions for his actions other than a verbal warning.

Something is not right with the whole situation and the guy in question should definitely do something about it.

SCOTT: Thanks for the update. I’ve passed it on to “the accused”. It’s really unfair how he was treated by his company and their obviously inexperienced and unprofessional handling of the situation.
