A visit to a fitness trade show in Las Vegas showcases the kind of cutting edge exercise technology that will be gathering dust in your carport two years from now. Fit TV.

9 p.m. “Kyle XY”

This new show follows a mysterious teenage boy who is discovered wandering with no memory of who he is. He can’t even talk. He doesn’t have a belly button. But he has amazing powers. He’s obviously the product of some secret lab, probably the same one that created the Backstreet Boys. ABC.

8 p.m. “24”

This episode chronicles the hour from 4 to 5 p.m., most of which Jack spent stuck in traffic. Fox.

8 p.m. “Stuck on You”

A pair of conjoined twins travels to Hollywood. Fortunately this is fiction and not a new reality show on the WB. (2003) TBS.

9 p.m. “The Big Build”

Chicago homeowners have a speakeasy built in their home. It’s like a normal Midwestern basement but players on the foos ball table are wearing fedoras. History Channel.
