The Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce is hoping three is the charm when it comes to fireworks.
After rainouts Tuesday and Saturday nights, the town’s Fourth of July display is rescheduled, again, for Monday at 9:30 p.m. in The Meadows subdivision.
A spokeswoman said the show could start as early as 8:30 p.m., or as late as 11 p.m., depending on the weather.
The fireworks will be shot from the area east of the water tanks in the Fuller Bluff neighborhood at Coachline Drive, south of Meadows Boulevard.
Castle Rock’s show was among several postponed due to thunderstorms on Tuesday. Other shows started later that night or were staged Wednesday.
The wet weather prompted Douglas County Sheriff David Weaver on Thursday to relax county fire restrictions to allow campfires.
