Hampden Villa Center LLC sold the Hampden Villa Shopping Center, anchored by Hancock Fabrics, Checker Auto Parts and Vitamin Cottage, to JCRS II Colorado LLC and Four Boys Hampden Villa LLC for $9.5 million. The center at 15132 E. Hampden Ave. in Aurora will be operated by Four Boys Hampden Villa.
