Mayor John Hickenlooper is on the move.

Hickenlooper, who lives in a Lower Downtown condo with his family, has made an offer on a Park Hill home.

The house on Montview Boulevard is not listed on the public market, but deed information shows it has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-baths. The house is nearly 4,000 square feet and sits on a 25,000-square-foot lot.

The asking price for the house was not available, but it was last assessed at $965,700.

“I am proud to have him as a constituent,” District 8 Councilwoman Elbra Wedgeworth said. “We are about diversity, so that will be great.”

The sellers could not be reached for comment, and city officials had no comment.

This would be the second move in the last few years for the Hickenloopers. They lived near the West Highland neighborhood in northwest Denver before moving to LoDo.
