Jack Nicholson plans to demolish Marlon Brando’s old house, the Times of London reports. Nicholson paid $6.5 million for Brando’s Mulholland Drive home when his friend and next-door neighbor died two years ago. Brando had called his home Frangipani, after the cream and yellow flower beloved by Buddhists. Nicholson, 69, told the Times he would plant frangipani flowers on the site of the home, which proved too costly to restore because of mold contamination, Nicholson said.

Gumbel bought the 26th-floor unit at 350 W. 50th St. for $235,000 and sold it for $650,000, according to city records.

Kate Moss has spent $7,600 on a sculpture of a blue breast “sleeping” on a prayer book to decorate her Cotswolds, England, country home, bangshowbiz.com reported. Fine-art taxidermist Polly Morgan created the sculpture, titled “To Every Seed His Own Body.”
