If you're traveling to Washington this fall, take time out from visiting the city's landmarks to enjoy a festival, performance or walking tour.

If you're a foodie, you've probably already been to the eclectic Adams Morgan neighborhood, which is filled with cafes, take-out shops and many other small ethnic eateries.
