Jesse McCartney issued an apology to Jennifer Lopez after blurting out in an Atlanta radio station interview the singer-actress was pregnant. The former “American Idol” contestant said pregnancy was the reason Lopez withdrew from the film remake of “Dallas.” “She didn’t get fired. She’s pregnant,” said McCartney, whose girlfriend is Katie Cassidy, daughter of David Cassidy, who has a part in the movie. In his apology, McCartney said, “I have no firsthand knowledge whether Jennifer Lopez is pregnant or not. I thought I had read it somewhere. I apologize.”

Kevin Federline told People magazine he has landed a guest role on TV’s top-rated drama, “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.” “It’s the only show that I really, really watch, said Federline, 28, who began shooting his part in Los Angeles last week. Britney Spears’ hubby will play a menacing, arrogant teen who harasses investigators.
