
Lindsay Lohan never lived in her lavish West Hollywood digs, but she’s putting it on the market for $2.85 million, the Sun in London reports. A Los Angeles real estate agent said Lohan will make “a nice turnaround.” Lohan bought the three-bedroom unit in Sierra Towers – Cher and Matthew Perry also are residents – in 2005 for $1.9 million.
Starstyle.com, a website that sells merchandise from films and TV shows, is auctioning Paris Hilton furniture, tmz.com reported. The website claims the furniture actually was used by Hilton in her Hollywood home. Most of the items are being sold for $300 or less. A Milling Road Yorkshire Queen Size 4-poster bed is offered for $1,000 but includes a note: “This is a used item so there has been some wear and tear.”
David Hasselhoff, despite several alleged bad incidents, may be looking to move to London. The former “Baywatch” star cut a tendon in his right arm in a bizarre shaving accident in June at a London hotel. In July he was thrown out of Wimbledon for alleged drunkenness. Later that month, “the Hoff” was tossed from a flight at Heathrow Airport for similar reasons. A source told the Melbourne Herald Sun that Hasselhoff, 54, is “a fan of swanky London areas like Chelsea and Richmond.”
Toni Braxton has purchased Andy Warhol-inspired wallpaper with her own likeness for her shop at Harrah’s casino in Las Vegas, janetchartonshollywood.com reported. Braxton purchased the pop-art wallpaper for about $1,500.
Ricky Martin has found a buyer for his 65th-floor apartment in the Time Warner Center. The asking price for the four-bedroom, 4 1/2-bath condo with nearly 3,000 square feet was $9.95 million, according to the New York Post. Martin bought the condo for $6.832 million in spring 2004.
Uma Thurman has not only taken a duplex apartment on the eighth and ninth floors at 1 Lexington Ave. for $2.65 million, but the actress also bought out former husband Ethan Hawke’s share of their apartment floors seven and eight for $2.5 million, the New York Post reports. Thurman and Hawke bought the four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath duplex in 2000 for a reported $2 million. Hawke lives in an apartment in the building where the couple previously lived on West 13th Street.
