SCOTT: When starting a new relationship, it’s important to keep things light and have fun. I can’t stress this enough. I know you’re excited about her and I couldn’t be happier about that but maybe her resistance stems from your eagerness to take things to the next level.
What you need to realize is, if you ease up on the pressure, you’ll stand a better chance of keeping her around. Plus, six months is too early to get that serious, especially when the feeling may not be mutual.
Keep it light and exciting and don’t get heavy…not just yet. Whether you realize it or not, you’re just getting to know each other and at this stage, anything can happen.
