Joel Farkas has bought out his his partner in Gateway American Properties.
After acquiring Harvey Deutsch’s interest in the company, Farkas’ real estate enterprise JF Co. will absorb the company.
Attorney Chris Paulson, who joined Farkas two years ago, has been named chief executive of JF. The company will absorb the Gateway staff and move to new offices in the Denver Tech Center by December.
Gateway and JF will integrate financing, infrastructure, utilities, planning and government liaison functions to develop mixed-use communities for retail and residential builders.
