BROOMFIELD – Police are investigating a suspected case of arson early Sunday at the Pho 120 Vietnamese restaurant, 6765 W. 120th Ave.

The fire broke out about 4:40 a.m. When firefighters got there, they found a front window broken and a plastic gas can on fire outside.

No one was inside the restaurant at the time, and no one was injured.

Damage was estimated at $3,000. The restaurant’s sprinkler system activated during the blaze and helped extinguish the fire.
