Height: 5-feet-6.
Weight: 117 pounds.
Age: 17. Born Dec. 6, 1988, in Denver.
High school sport: Gymnastics (defending Class 5A champion in uneven bars for Overland); might do diving in the winter or compete in track in the spring.

My favorite subject: Psychology, because I think I can apply it to a lot of different areas in life. Gymnastics is such a mental sport, and I enjoy using it.
My favorite athlete: Hannah Bower (2006 5A all-around champion at Loveland as a freshman), because she’s so young, but so passionate about gymnastics. She’s so clean and beautiful in her routines.
My favorite team: Broncos. I’m kind of biased because I live here.
What I listen to: Christian rock.
The best thing on my training table: Rice.
Premeet ritual: Visualization and writing down what I want to do.
Time management tip: I focus 100 percent on what I’m doing at that moment, getting done what I can.
Planned career: Medical field; considering Washington in St. Louis, Stanford and Denver.
My family: Parents Mary and Willie Hill; sister Sylvia and brother Rajah.
What I like most about high school sports: The team aspect, because I think – more than club – high school teams focus on being a team and having fun together.
