Everest Development is adding brownstones and single-family homes to its upscale condominium and retail development in Greenwood Village.
The Tulsa-based firm plans to build 160 brownstones and up to 10 single-family homes ranging from 4,000 to 6,000 square feet at The Landmark, between Belleview and Orchard west of Interstate 25.
The Brownstones at The Landmark will range from 1,600 to 3,700 square feet. Amenities will include two- or three-car garages, multiple outdoor terraces and landscaping. Residents will receive the same concierge services and access to common amenities of both The Landmark and Meridian high-rises.
The development’s retail tenants include Landmark Theatre, Comedy Works, HW Home, Ella Blue & Ella Baby, Landmark Yoga and Pilates, Aspen Falls Euroepan Medical Spa and European Gourmet Market. Restaurants in the project are Jing, Sparrow, Lime, Slattery’s Irish Pub & Eatery, Ted’s Montana Grill, ATlanta Bread Co., Asahi Sushi, Tapas Bar and Lounge, and The Kitchen Cooking School and Coffee Cafe.
