When I heard I was getting the 2007 Explorer Sport Trac, I looked forward to it because it is the manifestation of two things Ford has always been really good at: It is both an Explorer SUV and a pickup truck.
And really, it has a lot going for it. I particularly like the size of the vehicle. It feels smaller than a real Explorer, and much more like the small Ford pickup, the Ranger. Only it has a full back seat, four doors, lots of room, and a smallish, but stylish truck bed in the back. It gives you all the comfort of an SUV and nearly all of the convenience of a pickup, and it is all in a package that is easy to drive, a breeze to park, and quite maneuverable.
