A Denver firefighter was injured Sunday night while responding to house fire at 2349 Poplar.
The residents of the house all got out safely, a fire department spokseperson said, but a firefighter was carried out on a stretcher and taken to Denver Health Medical Center.
The spokesperson said the firefighter was breathing on his own, but no other information about his condition was immediately available.
