NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CREDIT MANAGEMENT: Honored Alta Sethaler, 89, of Denver earlier this year for her 50 years of outstanding leadership and service to the association. Sethaler, who retired in 1985, is one of only six women to receive the recognition.

SWIFT & CO.: Named Raymond P. Silcock executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Greeley-based meatpacker. Silcock was formerly executive vice president and chief financial officer of Toronto- based Cott Corp.

HOWARD DENTAL CENTER: Appointed Christopher Walker, senior counsel at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield; Matt Marshall, banking officer at 1st Bank; and Timothy Collins to the board of directors.

BILL BARRETT CORP.: Promoted Francis B. Barron to chief financial officer, commencing upon the resignation of Thomas B. Tyree Jr. on Nov. 17. Barron has served the company as the senior vice president-general counsel and secretary since March 2004.

THE COLORADO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS: Installed Kit Cowperthwaite, a broker with Distinctive Properties Ltd., as president; Greg Zadel, broker/owner of Zadel and Associates, president-elect; and Scott Matthias, a broker with Prestige Real Estate Group, treasurer. The association also named Larry Kendall, chairman and a founding partner of The Group Inc. in Fort Collins, as Realtor of the Year.
