Why are you running? This will be my fourth term. I founded the women’s Healthcare caucus, the ECO/Dev/International Trade caucus and I chair the Legislative Caucus. It is my intention to create policy for these groups.
What are the top three challenges facing Colorado or the institution you seek to represent?
1. Health care

3. Economic Development and International Trade
What is your top priority in the next session if you should win? To create a cabinet position of international trade. We must expand our presence, as a trade office, to other countries. To date, our only office is in Mexico.
What proposal in the last session did you oppose the most? Most suggested union legislation that I considered bad for business.
