What are the top three challenges facing Colorado or the institution you seek to represent?
1. FasTracks budget and the rising cost of materials.
2. Keeping RTD in the black, so many other districts are in trouble.
3. Service levels rising and not declining.
What do you see your role will be in completing RTD’s $4.7 billion FasTracks transit expansion on time and within budget? The board needs to make sure that the right decisions regarding planning, scheduling and purchases are made.
What other goals do you have for RTD? We need to make sure the DBE/SBE goals are being met and that we continue with the alternative fuels study.
