What would you do to improve diversity at CU campuses by drawing in underrepresented students? Visit low performance high schools for motivational presentations. Call on big business personally to fund a “Regent Scholarship” to assist with matching funds.
University of Colorado President Hank Brown has given the university a C-plus for openness and accountability to the public. What would you do to improve CU’s image and restore public trust? Hold “town hall” meetings across the state. Allow a student observer from each campus. Foster an “ombudsman”/whistle-blower program for students and constituents.
