Why are you running? I’d like to continue working on behalf of my district to balance energy and water management issues.
What are the top three challenges facing Colorado or the institution you seek to represent?
1. Energy development and national security.
2. Health care costs – controlling costs.
3. Economic opportunity – supporting sustainable economic growth.
What is your top priority in the next session if you should win? My top priority is to balance energy development with other interests such as landowners and public health.
What proposal in the last session did you oppose the most? I opposed using oil and gas severance tax money for transportation projects (Senator Owens).
What proposal in the last session did you agree with most? I agreed strongly with the budget proposal adopted by the general assembly.
