Candidates for statewide office this week filed their last campaign finance disclosure reports before Tuesday’s election:
Governor
Democrat Bill Ritter continues to outpace Republican Bob Beauprez in fundraising, hitting the $4 million mark this week, his campaign said.
Beauprez has raised about $3.85 million, which includes $305,000 in loans to himself, according to his campaign.
In the two-week reporting period ended Oct. 25, Ritter took in $373,986 and Beauprez raised $105,013, according to disclosures filed Wednesday with the secretary of state.
Ritter spent $492,794 and Beauprez put out $317,621 during the period, which covered Oct. 12-25.
Beauprez had $60,789 in cash on hand at the end of the reporting period, while Ritter had slightly more, $70,118.
Secretary of state
Republican Mike Coffman, current state treasurer, raised $33,716 for a total of $277,140. He has $45,399 cash on hand.
Democrat Ken Gordon, the state Senate majority leader, raised $30,863. That amount, combined with the $88,928 he had lent his campaign, brings his total to $377,881. He has $30,547 cash on hand.
Treasurer
Republican Mark Hillman raised $16,945 for a total of $396,334. He has $21,571 cash on hand.
Democrat Cary Kennedy raised $59,375 for a total of $392,899. She has $37,701 cash on hand.
Attorney general
Democrat Fern O’Brien raised $5,791 for a total of $149,813. She has $2,484 cash on hand.
Republican John Suthers, the incumbent, raised $32,296 for a total of $498,331. He has $66,564 cash on hand.
