Three people were shot, and two died, within a two-hour span Thursday night in north and west Denver, police said.
Police released no information on the victims, possible suspects or motives.
About 6:15 p.m., two people were shot outside a carwash near South Federal Boulevard and West Virginia Avenue, police Detective Virginia Quiñones said.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was rushed to a nearby hospital, Quiñones said.
She did not disclose the severity of the second victim’s injuries.
About 8:15 p.m., another shooting claimed the life of a victim at East 30th Avenue and Fillmore Street, Quiñones said.
She would not say whether the shootings were connected or if investigators had determined motives.
