Eleven Colorado casinos are expected to face regulatory fines next week, according to the state’s Division of Gaming.

Nine casinos will be fined for having defective slot machines on the gaming floor, and two will be fined for undisclosed violations.

The amounts of the fines weren’t disclosed Wednesday.

The casinos with slot violations in Black Hawk are Bull Durham Saloon & Casino, Golden Gulch Casino, Silver Hawk Casino and Red Dolly. The casinos in Central City are Easy Street Casino and the Famous Bonanza Casino. The ones in Cripple Creek are Bronco Billy’s Sports Bar & Casino, Creeker’s Casino and Legends Casino.

The two casinos that are facing fines for undisclosed violations are the Virgin Mule in Cripple Creek and Century Casino in Central City.

The casinos have reached agreements with the Gaming Division on penalties, which have to be approved by the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission, said division spokesman Don Burmania.

The commission will review the agreements at its next hearing Nov. 16.

Five casinos – Century Casino, Colorado Central Station, Isle of Capri, Riviera Black Hawk and Double Eagle – were fined a total of $111,200 in August and September for slot violations.
