WIESNER PUBLISHING LLC: Dan Wiesner and Laura Fallbach have ended their eight- year partnership. The agreement included the buyout of Fallbach’s ownership interest in Wiesner Publishing as well as her resignation as executive vice president. She has started a new company, Lee & Lee Media LLC, focusing on magazine and electronic-media-related investments and acquisitions. Wiesner will continue as owner and CEO of Wiesner Publishing.
