Slow Food Boulder: The culinary group will meet at 6 p.m. Sunday at Q’s in the Hotel Boulderado. The restaurant’s new chef, Matt Christianson, along with chef John Platt, will combine Colorado foods with organic Frog’s Leap wine. The menu includes caviar and potato latkes, agnolotti, black cod, lamb loin and organic white chocolate and pecan pie with candied local winter squash.
