JE Dunn Construction, a Denver-based commercial general contractor recently celebrated the topping out of the 185,023-square-foot, five-story, Residences at Belmar Plaza in Lakewood. The $25 million project will include underground parking, ground-level retail and 62 residential units.
Modern Mexican Restaurants will be accepting toys at
all their locations for the Toys for Tots program. A kickoff party will be held at Zengo at 5 p.m. Wednesday. Modern Mexican also operates La Sandia and Tamayo restaurants.
