Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust Inc., a Denver-based real estate investment trust, announced that it has acquired a portfolio of six industrial real estate properties, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet, for approximately $67 million. The properties are in Cincinnati; Columbus, Ohio; and Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Two teams from the University of Denver were recognized as honorable mention national finalists in the Deloitte Tax Case Study Competition finals in Orlando, Fla.
