Seth Gustin, a Colorado State University graduate, has been hired by Ducks Unlimited to provide construction management, surveying and planning for its projects in Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming.
Gustin, who will maintain an office in Fort Collins, will concentrate on the Platte River system in those three states, along with the San Luis Valley in Colorado.
Sheep slaughter
The Division of Wildlife is seeking information on the illegal shooting of three bighorn sheep in Hinsdale County, near Rio Grande Reservoir west of Creede. The animals, two females and a lamb, were shot with a high-powered rifle during the fourth big game hunting season, Nov. 15 or 16.
