Microsoft Corp. Chief Executive Officer Steve Ballmer said he expects the adoption of the Vista operating system to be faster than that of earlier programs such as Windows XP.
“We are very enthused,” Ballmer said in an interview today. “I certainly expect a faster upgrade to Vista than to Windows XP or other earlier releases.”
Microsoft released Vista for corporate customers today in New York after a delay of two years.
