HOLLAND & HART: Announced that Scott Martinez and Sarah Marks were appointed to Gov.-elect Bill Ritter’s transition team. Martinez, a lawyer in the firm’s litigation department, was appointed to the executive transition team and leads the personnel and administration advisory committee. Marks, a lawyer in the firm’s benefits-law group, was named a member of the personnel and administration-advisory committee.

SPIRE FINANCIAL: Announced that Stephanie Harrington and Kevin Sprincz have joined the company as loan officers.

JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT – ROCKY MOUNTAIN INC.: Recently elected Don McClure and Kevin Cudney to its board of directors. McClure is vice president of finance and services for EnCana Oil and Gas (USA) Inc., and Cudney is a shareholder and co-chairman of the corporate and securities group at Brownstein Hyatt & Farber.

COUNCIL OF RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS: The affiliate of the National Association of Realtors awarded Eric McCrery with the Certified Residential Specialist designation. McCrery is a broker associate/partner with the Group Inc. Real Estate in Fort Collins.

9HEALTH FAIR: Appointed Jim Goddard as president and chief executive of the nonprofit health-fair organization. Goddard will replace Anne Cosby, who held the position for eight years.

COMPASS BANK: Announced the addition of Lee Bowen as senior vice president in the commercial-banking group.

LEOPARD: Promoted Tony Perret to account manager and Shelly Nissen to service-delivery specialist. The firm also added Misty Markley as a project manager, Paula Collins as a senior copywriter, Terri Jones as a senior writer and Andrea Spikes as a copywriter.
