Weather continues to play havoc with passing games around the league as winter continues to dig in. While it is never advisable to bench a quarterback like Peyton Manning during fantasy playoffs, if owners have two comparable QBs and one is playing indoors, stay away from the elements when possible.
Most leagues’ trading deadlines have passed, so the only salvation for injuries will be found on the waiver wire. One possibility could be Jets running back Cedric Houston, but be wary: it was only a few weeks back that Leon Washington was being touted as the running back of the future for the Jets. Ron Dayne of the Texans also has looked to be solidifying his hold as Houston’s primary running back, and could be an option on the wire.
