THOMSON: The provider of information to health-care professionals announced that Santo Cugliotta has joined as senior vice president of sales for clinical decision support.

PHARMACA INTEGRATIVE PHARMACY INC.: Appointed Ian Mukaida as vice president of store development.

IMA OF COLORADO: Hired Elizabeth Spano as an account executive and compliance specialist.
