DENVER – Xcel Energy announced Tuesday that the company plans to expand its use of 10 percent biodiesel fuel to its entire Colorado diesel-vehicle fleet by next month.
The fleet includes nearly 550 diesel vehicles, which will make it one of the largest biodiesel-fueled fleets in the state. The company has been testing the mixture since mid-October.
