Denver – A group of franchisees whose contracts were terminated by Denver-based Quiznos have filed for injunctive relief in U.S. District Court in Denver. Members of the group are alleging wrongful termination, breach of contract and violation of certain state statutes that protect franchisees.
The franchisees were members of a group that publicized a suicide note left by another franchisee, which said the company had ruined him. Quiznos has said it terminated the franchisee contracts as a means of protecting its brand.
